Same Day Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your service for all spa services, or $50 for Permanent Make-up.

No Call - No Show Policy

If you do not contact us to cancel your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service for all spa services or your $50 deposit for Permanent Make-up services.

Late Policy

We try our best to accommodate if you're running behind. If you end up running late please let us know. We may not have time for the entire service or your service time may be cut short. If you are more than 10 minutes late (without contacting us) you will be marked as a no show and charged our no show fee.
